MY PLUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY WORK MARKED “NO WARRANTY” ON THE FACE HEROF, ANY SUCH WORK IS PERFORMED “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS.

Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Otherwise, My Plumber provides the following Limited Warranty on the Work:

Who Is Covered:

This Limited Warranty is to the original consumer purchaser during the term of the warranty. This Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.

What is Covered:

If the Work is cleaning a residential secondary sewer line (not a main sewer line) or a residential drain, My Plumber warrants any unbroken line or drain to be free from stoppages for 90 days limited to one (1) subsequent stoppage after the Work is completed.

Certain stoppages are not warranted: see “What Is Not Covered” below.

What Is Not Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

My Plumber does not warrant stoppage due to a break in the line or stoppage due to causes in common with other lines. My Plumber does not warrant stoppage in a main sewer line without a video inspection. My Plumber does not limited warranty for warrant cleaning a commercial sewer or drain.

My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MY PLUMBER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM ANY DEFECTIVE WORK.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

What My Plumber Will Do:

My Plumber’s responsibility is limited to the repair or the replacement of the defective Work, in the sole discretion of My Plumber.

CLEANING OF RESIDENTIAL MAIN SEWER LINES

Who Is Covered:

This Limited Warranty is to the original consumer purchaser during the term of the warranty. This Limited Warranty is

not transferable to subsequent owners.

What is Covered:

If the Work is cleaning a residential main sewer line, My Plumber provides “no warranty” for the Work completed. If the customer purchases a video inspection of the line or drain at the time the Work is completed, the line or drain is warranted for one additional cleaning up to one (1) year after the Work is completed.

Certain stoppages are not warranted: see “What Is Not Covered” below.

What Is Not Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

My Plumber does not warrant stoppage due to a break in the line or stoppage due to causes in common with other lines. My Plumber does not warrant stoppage in a main sewer line without a video inspection. My Plumber does not warrant cleaning a commercial sewer or drain.

What My Plumber Will Do:

My Plumber’s responsibility is limited to the repair or the replacement of the defective Work, in the sole discretion of My Plumber.

Who Is Covered:

This Limited Warranty is to the original consumer purchaser during the term of the warranty. This Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.

What is Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

If the Work is installing a residential water heater provided by My Plumber, My Plumber warrants the water heater, parts to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade for the same period as the manufacturer warrants the water heater tank. My Plumber warrants 2 years labor for the warranted water heater parts. If the customer purchases a pre-filter to the water heater provided by My Plumber at the time the Work is completed, My Plumber warrants labor for water heater parts for 6 years after the Work is completed excluding Power Vent, Direct Vent and Apollo style water heaters. For the Work installing the pre-filter, My Plumber warrants the parts and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to two (2) years from completion of the Work.

If the Work includes installation of an Expansion Tank provided by My Plumber, My Plumber warrants the expansion tank, parts and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to two (2) years from completion of the Work.

What Is Not Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

My Plumber does not warrant maintenance of the water heater equipment. This includes but not limited to flushing of water heater and cleaning of burners.

Power Vent, Direct Vent, and Apollo style water heaters are not eligible for the 6 year pre-filter warranty. They are limited to 2 years parts and labor warranty.

My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any parts not repaired or replaced in conjunction with the repair of the water heater.

My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.

If the Work is installing a new water service by My Plumber, My Plumber warrants the water line parts excluding the pressure reducing valve and the main shut off valve and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to ten (10) years after commencement of service to the premises. My Plumber warrants the pressure reducing valve and main shut off valve parts and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to two (2) years after the commencement of service to the premises.

What Is Not Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

My Plumber does not warrant asphalt, concrete, plants, grass, and landscaping. My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.

If the Work is installing a partial or repair of sewer line by My Plumber, My Plumber warrants the sewer line parts excluding connections between dissimilar materials and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to five (5) years after commencement of service to the premises.

My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

If the Work is installing a relining of the sewer by My Plumber, My Plumber warrants the sewer line parts and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to five (5) years after commencement of service to the premises.

What Is Not Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused from use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents.

If the Work is a general component HVAC repair by My Plumber, My Plumber warrants parts and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to 30 days (30) days after commencement of service to the premises.

If the Work is a full component replacement of all components, My Plumber warrants parts and labor to be free from defect so as to pass without objection in the trade up to two (2) years after commencement of service to the premises.

What Is Not Covered:

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.

My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

My Plumber does not warrant customer supplied parts or material.

My Plumber does not warranty any problem that is caused by frozen pipes.

With respect to all Work, the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, existing code deficiencies or defective conditions at the premises, or an act of God.
