Upon arrival spoke to customer and he advised that the furnace has water leaking out of the Plenum that sits under it and it seem to also be coming from the supply Plenum where it hangs over the furnace and the evaporator coil sits inside. Checked and found that coil was improperly installed by another company years ago and the metal bracket used to hold the coil up level is now the bowing down and causing the condensate to run over the back side of the drain pan. Advise customer that coil will need to be leveled and drain line to be flushed as well as need to pull the water that is sitting in the return Plenum out to avoid mildew/mold inside the system.
