It appeared that the gentleman was more interested in "selling me another toilet" than assessing the problem and identifying the problem(as it was --I have some knowledge for this repair and I knew that I only need my "flush system " repair---he quoted me several prices and then attempted to negotiate with me. We finally agreed on a price--but still I think this was too expensive for what I needed.
Service was fantastic, though pricing quotes for other potential services seemed excessive.

I was informed about your "Priority Club" preventative maintenance plan. It would be wonderful if additional options for savings and discounts were encourage for customers related to membership incentives: AARP, First time customer, and/or another type of residential plan that allows quarterly or annual cost to cover pluming services without extra cost upon services rendered.
Installed 2 customer supplied bathroom faucets and one customer supplied toilet with supply line. Advised replacement of all angle stops. Complimentary replacement of toilet angle stop approved by 1120JL. Tested, functioning properly, no leaks.
The plumber that the warranty company sent out was going to charge $900 for the job, but I told the customer that they will have to add money onto the job to make the job right and to code. my price is $1,651. see info. below. Tony Spent almost 2 hours dealing with this upset customer about his missed appointment. then he complained about his warranty company for the water, then he complained about the plumbing company that the warranty company sent out. i told him that I have nothing to do with any that, that I am here to perform a service and take care of the issue at hand. Then after all of that, found out that they have been without hot water for almost two months. The customer purchased his own water heater, and I told him that, that is why he is having issues. if something goes wrong with the heater that he has to deal with the warranty company. I told him if he purchased our heater, that with any issues, we will be there much, much sooner than any warranty comp

Installed new mild climate anti siphon faucet. Tested, functioning properly, no leaks. Basement drain is a sump type. Cabled to maximum depth clearing a cavity filled with significant soil and root penetration. Inspection discounted and courtesy to sell applied.
